Scam Alert! Avoid at All Costs

I brought my car in for a state inspection, and the experience was outrageous. They tried to force me to replace my windshield wipers, claiming they were worn out—even though they were brand new! When I pointed this out, they insisted that if I didn’t replace them on the spot (at an inflated price), they would fail my inspection. This is nothing more than a scam to squeeze extra money out of customers. Dishonest, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Take your car somewhere else if you want fair treatment!

Apparently they HATE tint, if your window looks dark, ohh boy they have to make sure u have the legal limit. Went for inspection and did’t pass it because of wiper blades, 2022 corolla didnt pass inspection because of wiper blades! They tried selling me their products but anyways

I've been bringing my car to Anthony for years now. I would not trust anyone else. I like how he explains stuff to me without mansplaining, gives me choices to fit my budget and provides good advice.

The owner is an absolute JERK! I stopped by to ask how much they would charge me to replace two ball bearings. As I’m explaining to one of his workers. The owner interrupts and shouts “WHAT YOUR SAYING IS MAKING ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE” he was very unprofessional and disconcerting. I tried to show him a picture of the part that needs to get replaced. He started telling me 75$ per side for the air pressure and the cost of labor could determine how long it will take. He mentioned it will take an hour and a half per side. I kindly told him a prior shop that replaced my ball bearings completed each side in 30min. He then goes and says sarcastically “WOW YOU KNOW ALOT IM DONE TALKING TO YOU” he was dismissive and disrespectful. This owner shouldn’t be operating business in the city of Everett with that type of attitude. I recommend not to get service done here. Find a different auto body shop that truly cares about your business and not just some JERK who is miserable and prideful.

The owner should not be in business where a minimum politeness is required. After his employee told me to drive my car in for an inspection, another car cuts in front of me coming from the street. I respectfully went to tell the driver that I was next.
For my surprise, the driver simply told me "I own the building and I do whatever I want. You have to wait 20 minutes."
Needless to say I went to another, more civilized, place.

My family and I do not go anywhere else to get our car fixed. Anthony has been fixing our cars for almost 20 years. He and his team are the best. They don't fix something only for it to break 10,000 miles down the road. When they fix something, it's done right and you don't have to worry about it. They are professional, trustworthy, and I know I can trust them with my car.
