I can't say enough amazing things about these guys! The first call I made to them, I spoke with Declan who clearly explained the entire repair process, including guidance to help navigate my insurance claim. He assigned my vehicle to Kevin who communicated with me every step of the way, including updates as repairs progressed. Response time answering any questions I had during repairs was fantastic. I had the opportunity to tour the shop at one point and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the professionalism of anyone I spoke with and with their workflow! When it was time for pickup, my car was even staged and ready to drive out the door. I heard their rates can be a little higher than some others, but this is clearly a case of "you get what you pay for!" Thank you for returning a pristine vehicle!

My experience with Tulley was excellent. I put a scratch on the bumper of my X1 and Meaghan assisted in my repair from the estimate right through the repair. Meaghan helped working with my insurance company and arranging the rental details. The job took half the time of the projection. The bumper was perfectly repaired. All the professionals I met at Tulley were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Thank you guys for doing a great job repairing my car. Many shops find ways to cut corners on a repair and there is always some aspect of trust when you have a repair done; I feel confident that my repair here was done correctly and ethically. They did their best to touch base weekly to explain what was being done, what was covered, and what was going to be out of pocket so there weren’t any surprises. Hoping I won’t ever have to be back but if I do, I’ll be happy to return here.

Quick, efficient, friendly, expensive service. Rental is there for you, they'll transport you or pick you up....what else is there to ask for? Shout out to the homie Tommy M. (Maraval?) Also, the body sho itself does quality work, it's top dollar and also top professionalism and craftsmanship

Simply amazing experience. Holly handle the claim from the beginig till the end with ease. The body shop and paint shop made my truck look like nothing ever happened. I had a ding that took off the paint right above my driver side door handle and a gouge on the passenger side in between the windows on the passenger door pillar. The only one thing I wish happened was a day to day progress report on my vehicle. Holly mentioned that the messaging system was acting up that week.

TULLY is amazing! Our car was totaled in a storm and working with the insurance was a nightmare! Rick and Jill from Tully offered us a tow when the insurance company couldn't be bothered. ( we live on the seacoast so it wasn't a quick trip). They crash wrapped the car to prevent further damage, and immediately went to work analyzing the damage ( other collision centers gave us 3+ week estimates for inspection). Rick called us everyday with updates and offered help with the insurance company. He gave us so much help and peace of mind. He worked around my schedule to allow me time to clean out the car. RIick even helped me with emptying the car. Concerned for my safety due to heavy broken glass, he cleaned out the backseat himself, and helped me lift the storage toes ( filled with our belongings) into my car. He pulled the plates off the car and continued to provide guidance and help. He was a listening ear for our frustration and I will be forever grateful!!! Thanks again team Tully!!
