This is my first time at this shop, and I just had to leave a review. I was referred by my cousin. I also looked up their reviews, which are excellent. They took my vehicle in right away to look at it. They ended up doing my pads and rotors in rear and removed and replaced my left side valve cover gasket due to an oil leak on the same day. Since I lived 30 minutes away from the shop, They let me borrow a vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready. Oh, let me not forget to mention the cost of those repairs. I was like "WHAT" in my head when I was told the price. I couldn't believe it, their prices are so affordable! Thanks guys you are so appreciated!!!

Recomendo a oficina do Juliano. Atendimento nota 10. Preço justo. Ele é uma pessoa que ajuda quem precisa sem enrolação. Jay and the team at 495 are phenomenal!! I ended up getting ripped of from buying a car from a dealership. The day I picked up the car and took it on the highway the rear differential locked up and almost killed me. The dealer I bought it from in New Hampshire refused to help me. One of my coworkers recommended me to 495 auto to see what it would cost to fix it. I told Jay about the situation and he told me he will look at the car. Jay ended up not charging me a penny to go through the car and told me it needed $5,300 in repairs. I gave Jay the green light to go ahead with the repairs. Less then a week later they called me and told me the car was ready “which was really fast for all the work it needed. They also told me they were able to save me $1,500 due to they were able to fix the transmission without having to replace it. Jay went over everything with me what was done and told me he drove the car for over an hour on highway and back roads to make sure everything was working perfectly. He also made sure that the used parts he put on were working perfectly and came with 6 months to a one year warranty. Jay and the team at 495 auto repair are honest and friendly which is hard to find today. I been coming here ever since and I’m very thankful for finding a good honest mechanic.

I know it is hard to find a honest mechanic out there, specially if you are a girl. But here is the good news, they are honest and fair, have been on the business for almost two decades, there is two girls at the front desk, what makes your experience a little easier and comfortable. A great and clean area with a delicious coffee for you to wait. Last but not least, professionals that won’t bring you bad news, only solutions.
