Came in for an inspection, staff were all very friendly and helpful. One of the mechanics brought me into the garage to show me two small lights that I had not noticed were out before he replaced them so I knew I wasn’t being scammed. I didn’t ask for this but I really appreciated it! They told me what the cost of the inspection and the two new lights were up front and I was in and out the door in around 30 minutes. I highly recommend this shop!

Got scammed at Atamian Honda dealership when I went to get my car checked for a rattling sound. They told me my issue was that I needed my tie rods replaced. I came here to get a second opinion and the owner was upfront and genuine. He gave it to me straight and the issue was that my heat shield was loose. Fixed the issue and a few days later, still no rattling sound. Saved me $1200

These guys were great! We had to do a Mass inspection which didn’t pass due to a recent recall we had dealt with that morning. They gave us a temporary pass, and we returned for completion a couple weeks later, with no charge. No time in waiting, and so friendly! Highly recommend.

A couple of years ago I stopped to have the inspection done and I have been coming back for three years now. Very friendly staff and informative should there be any problem with the vehicle. Family run and everyone has been very professional. I don't live in Lowell but do not mind driving here to have my vehicle inspected.

Went in for an inspection. The inspector told me I had suspension issues, didn’t do the inspection to prevent having a failed sticker. They put in on the lift and they found loose bolts and missing bolts on the subframe and bad sway bar links. They put new bolts, charged me a minimum fee and the car will pass inspection. Awesome people! I found an honest shop and they will service my car from now on!

Never had a problem with these guys. If I ever had an issue, they would explain what was going on and would let me know what would be needed to get done. 100% an honest shop. They are very thorough and make sure they get the job done right. I've taken all my cars here and they've always treated my vehicles with respect, from my hondas and acuras to my bmws.
