My new mechanic! They were extremely nice and fast! Brought my car in for a new

Went here to get a problem fixed with my Honda Accord. Came in for an appointment at 11am and had to wait until 5:20pm, 6 hours after my scheduled appointment and 20 minutes after closing, for my car to be looked at. Ended up being told they couldn’t figure out the problem and that I needed to come back another day.

Came back another day. Spent $130 on a leak down test, still don’t know what’s wrong. Suggested I go somewhere else to get my fuel injectors tested and come back, still wasn’t the tissue.

They changed my mass airflow sensor, car still not fixed. Messaged a guy named Peter (the manager?) 3 TIMES and got no response. Called for another appointment, told I would get called back, and didn’t receive a call.

I wish I could give two stars because they gave me free coolant after my first visit for the ridiculous wait time, but this situation is insane. If you need anything else other than an inspection sticker, I would recommend elsewhere.

I’ve been driving by this place for years until I was at the gas station across the street and realized I needed a mechanic for my roadtrip. I took a chance and brought my car to them since it was the closest place. Immediately I was greeted Ibrahima (the manager) who was very pleasant and eager to help. He knew I was pressed for time and assigned someone to my car immediately. That person was named John and he was very knowledgeable and informative about what was going on with my car. It was more than I thought and due to my schedule I had to come back for more work. Where I met another mechanic Aaron who was also just as amazing. They all made sure I was comfortable because I also had my toddler with me each time. They fixed my car and I felt confident leaving the shop. My new mechanics 🙂

Always quick service, low wait times. Easiest place to get an inspection sticker. And they do body work too. Friendly and reasonable pricing.

terrible serivce and terrible manger who only wants to take money out of you. They do not want to do honest work, only want to make profit and lie to customers
Go to JIFFY LUBE, down the street, better pricing , better parking, better service. Or your local manufacturing dealership, they have fair pricing !

I take my car to get looked at for a stupid V clamp If you didn’t have the part, you should’ve been honest with the customer not cut somebody’s vehicle and make it worse. My clutch doesn’t feel right. I’ve never been to a more shady shop in my life so if you live in Lowell stairway from Middlesex Street that is not a garage that I would recommend anybody with a foreign guy.

Went for oil change he gave me options for synthetic oil or regular i said regular but he charged $100 plus saying your car takes synthetic. Never recommend
