We bought a pontoon boat and trailer this past weekend from hazard marina . The boat was used and was exactly as advertised. It was in excellent condition and the sale process was seamless and wonderful. Everyone at the marina was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this marina for your boat needs.

Called to get my boat out of storage. Had registration issues with the trailer so asked if they could put the boat in the water and drive it directly to my dock. (For a $125 fee) I agreed and scheduled it for the following week at ANY time as to accommodate their busy spring schedule. I didn’t hear back the whole week, not even a “hey we are crazy busy can we do next week?” I’m a very understanding person when business is done right. I called that Friday and they didn’t even know who I was. I scheduled it again and was apologized to and told definitely Monday or Tuesday of the following week. AGAIN no call or heads up. I called Thursday and told them I was coming tomorrrow to pick it up and to please have it ready. This time they remembered who I was but didn’t mention delivery of give any reason why I didn’t have it by Tuesday as promised. I looked inside and there was sand, dirt, leaves and and empty food container filled with rain water which means it was taken out of storage and left outside.
A full detail was already paid for by the previous owner who sold it to me. I called and complained and they agreed it was supposed to be detailed and asked if I could bring it back. Are you crazy I will not be doing business with Hazzard at all.

We took our pontoon boat to Hazard Marine after having to pay for under warranty work at Bass Pro in Foxborough where we had purchased our boat. The owner, Mary Hazard is a wonderful person! Mary was a calming person when we were stressed over our experience at BPS! She and her crew addressed a leak issue under warranty in our 2022 Tracker pontoon boat. All work was completed very quickly and with no hassle! There was no paperwork to file and no out of pocket expense! I wish we had known of Hazard Marine before we got tangled up with Bass Pro!
This is a "not so small" LOCAL business that treats customers with respect the way people used to be treated years ago.

The BEST for repairs and maintenance. Brought my Tracker into another shop, they scratched their head and sent me to Hazard Marine. Hazard had it figured out and fixed in a day.

I've dealt with most of the shops in central and eastern MA and no one has the technical chops like Hazard Marine. I trust them to fix it right the first time (generally not the case with others).

Mary and Melissa are fantastic to deal with and helpful over and over again. I drive a full hour to get to Hazard and it's worth the ride. Thank you!!

On our way to Washington State. Loaded and Rolling. Hazard Marine made it all happen. I am thrilled with the Trailer. It gets the looks for sure. But Boy, I will tell you, Tractor Trailers are NOT my friends. Turbulence makes my trailer sway.

Excellent customer service, very professional, friendly and helpful. I bought a used engine from them for my hurricane deck boat and arranged for them to do the install with a set price for anything needed for the swap. Todd, the mechanic that did the work was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. I made an appointment with Todd to do the work on a certain day and I came from a couple hours away in New York. I showed up 8:30 a.m. and they got to work on it right away. It took the good part of the day to do the swap. When it was finished I asked if we could take it somewhere for a test ride to make sure everything was good and that was no problem. Todd took the boat along with me to Webster Lake and gave it a good test ride. I've since had it out a couple times with no issues. Engine runs great and I'm very happy with the service. Also, the women in the office were very friendly and had some good conversations while I was waiting. Wish I was closer to them as I would be a lifelong customer. Thank you, Rich H.
