I’ve been to Pro in Dudley several times over the past year or so and each time I leave satisfied. The staff listens to my concerns about my vehicle and inspect everything thoroughly. Everything is easily accessible in regards to making an appointment, seeing updated on my vehicle etc. All the staff is professional and easy to get along with. I’ve had a hard time in the past finding a reputable auto shop that i can trust, but this shop has definitely become one that i can return to again and again.

This place is excellent! We went there this week for a service on our BMW SUV. We asked for mounting, balancing and alignment of tires on the vehicle. We brought our own tires and explained what needed to be done. We expected the vehicle to be ready by 3PM. The service was done much faster than that and everything was performed with care and precision! The price was very reasonable as well! I think this will be our new go-to place for any future car services. I highly recommend it!
