Apres Sea reformer Pilates is simply the best place for complete body stretching, toning, and strengthening of muscles you never even knew you had! It’s like no other exercise I’ve ever done and the results are remarkable. Caraline is knowledgeable, supportive, and adjusts to your individual abilities. No other reformer studio is like this. Caraline and her new studio are superb. A welcoming environment and the classes are well thought out and just the right level of challenging. I was in town for vacation and will definitely be back! Amazing experience! Caraline is a fabulous instructor and the class was very beginner friendly! I take mat classes in the city but don’t get to go on the reformer too often, so this was a welcome change. Will be back all summer!!!
