Ken came highly recommended and I can see why. He was extremely helpful with my insurance claim and talked me through how to get the process started.
When I brought my car in, it was very evident that Ken takes a lot of pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about what he does.
I just picked my car up today and the workmanship is incredible! It looks like a new car. I am so happy! Ken and his skilled crew are auto artists!

Rainbow Auto Body is top notch! Ken took a look at my vehicle and told me exactly what I needed to do to file an insurance claim. He was then able to schedule my repair in less than two weeks, for a pretty big job. He contacted the insurance company for a more accurate claim to finish the job correctly. I only needed to pay my deductible and my truck looked good as new in less than the time he quoted. They also completely detailed the interior which was a mess, that was such a pleasant surprise.

Ken was very helpful to me when my car and garage door got smashed into.
He told me to cover garage opening with a tarp and that my car may be totalled. That was the first day I met him and he was informative and knowledgeable throughout the process of my car being totalled. He gave me great advice on what I should expect from the insurance company. He is the best. Hope I will not need a body shop again for awhile but if I do will go there again and tell my friends to go there too. He is a great artist also. Ginny G

After my wife had a little boo boo backing up into my car in the driveway, I needed a place to get it fixed. After checking with the dealership and another well known Cape Cod repair shop, I was fortunate enough to find Rainbow Auto Body. The pricing was very fair and the quality of work to me looks like it just rolled off the showroom. Ken even went above and beyond painting a spot that wasn't mentioned and cleaned the interior before I picked it up. I'm hoping not to have to see him again, 🙂 though if the unfortunate happens, he's the first place I'll call.

Ken was very heplfull in all aspects of getting my truck fixed. He handled the insurance company and my truck was done on time. The work was great and the entire inside of the truck was cleaned and detailed. I would recommend Rainbow to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired

Great guy. Patient guy. Could’ve had a lot more stress to something that turned into a living nightmare.. So many egos to play and false accusations over a car I use for my six-year-old and my father. he could have charged me storage fees. He didn’t he was very respectful and very many respectful patient people out there never mind integrity thank you rainbow for you’re empathy, people are sick.

Someone hit me in a parking lot, luckily they stayed and told me. I've never had an accident before and didn't know what to do. I've heard about rainbow auto body from a neighbor so I went to see Ken. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I immediately got a good vibe for his business. The process was very easy and he delt directly with the insurance company. He ordered all parts and did the work and exceeded my expectations. My truck looked like new when I picked it up. They will definitely get all of my business as well as friends.

I needed (out of pocket) body work for a 20 year old truck in otherwise good shape...not yet a beater but... I brought it to Rainbow Auto Body, and Ken Defeudis proposed a fix exactly right for the age of the truck and its condition. Work done, and it really does look good as new.
