I called this morning and asked if we could get an Inspection Sticker Today, the person on the phone said yes, I asked if we needed an appointment, and was told no appointment needed. I said we would be down shortly. So we went there and said we wanted to get a sticker, and there was bit of hesitation and he said yes But it's going to be about an hour and a half wait. I said "WE FORGOT

that we needed a sticker", and he said "YOU HAD ALL MONTH" and then said the end of the month and the first day of the month were the worst time to get a sticker. We decided not to wait, and didn't appreciate the comment. However we did find another Inspection Station at a local garage in town, No waiting and great customer service. It almost seemed like they did not want our business. We won't be going back for anything.

Terrible customer service. Very untimely. Dropped my car off at 10 am and told them i needed a tire replaced. Told me they wouldn't be able to get to it until 4. At 4:40 I called them, because I had heard nothing. They said it was all fixed and ready, and then the tire got flat again, and they couldn't do anything about it because they close at 5 and I would have to wait for the next day. So now it's two days in a row without a car, when the job could have been done in less than an hour if they cared at all. Prices are outrageous, and workers do not care about you whatsoever. Will not be returning once they finally decide to finish the job.

Called first thing this morning to see if they could find a tire leak and patch it up. Got an afternoon appointment scheduled. They were courteous and prompt. Was in and out in a half hour and the tire is all set.
They seemed very busy but wanted to help as many people as they could. The waiting area isn’t anything fancy, but with a Dunks, and a sandwich place, within walking distance you have some options.

We had a slow tire leak in my car while we were on vacation. My husband said we should stop here when they first open. They were gracious enough to take us right away without an appointment. Thanks to Dennis Car Care

I want to start this by saying I've been to this shop before and never had an issue, but this time the service was lacking. I had an issue with my abs, and there were multiple lights. The original diagnosis was that the rear wheel speed sensor needed to be changed ($250 reasonably), then they found out it was a cracked wheel hub, so they took off the newly installed wheel sensor and put back on my old one. I appreciate that they didn't charge me, and gave me a diagnosis, the issue is that they did not return my car in the same condition as I originally gave it to them and then treated me like I was an idiot. When the problem originally occurred the abs light would come on right after starting the vehicle, and then would stay on for the duration of driving. After they diagnosed and altered my car, the light does not stay on and has a worse issue with the abs flickering on and off while driving. It was noticable right away as soon as I pulled out, so I turned around and asked for further assistance and the man who talked to me was rude and dismissive. I attempted to explain to them that my car did not have this issue when I arrived and before they did the diagnostic. I understand that abs can be finicky, but they dismissed my worries and sent me home and with my car in worse condition, they also said to fix it it would be $700, but after going to another shop it was only $500. I felt that they didn't give me the respect I deserved and sent me home in a more dangerous situation.
