On my way to work Sunday early afternoon, I broke down on Route 2 highway. I was desperately looking for a reputable shop in the area to have my Mercedes Benz towed to be repaired due to overheating. The coolant was all over the engine. I came across Concord Foreign Motors. I read the reviews and the list of SERVICES being offered. I felt comfortable having my vehicle towed here; they could do the job. I paid about $300 to tow it 5 miles from where I was.
Unfortunately, Sarah and another gentleman informed me that they could not fix my car. But they contacted me almost daily to ask me to remove the vehicle because they had limited parking. The car sat at their location for a week and a half without a diagnostic, waiting for triple AAA to kick in to avoid another fee. Sarah mentioned calling Mercedes to tow it, and sure enough, Mercedes Roadside service picked it up at no charge and informed me the same day it needed a water pump, coolant reservoir, and a thermostat. No significant repairs at Concord Foreign Motors

I have used Concord Foreign Motors 2 yrs plus and have had a wonderful experience with them. I certainly would recommend them to my friends & family. I have had extended work done on my car and have never experienced any problems, they always seem to be very well experienced staff. This review is for help given over the phone. That’s right, I was concerned about a potential issue with my newly purchased foreign car and wasn’t having a great experience with my dealer’s service department. I called Concord Foreign Motors twice and they gave excellent advice on the next best steps to take. I ended up bringing my car back to the dealer and they resolved the issue. The least I could do is praise Concord Foreign Motors for their assistance with a potential customer. This level of integrity and customer service is a rare gem!

West concord foreign motors is always friendly and fair with their prices. They also seem to get me into the shop as quick as possible with the convenience of dropping the car off the night prior and paying over the phone so I can get my car after hours.
