We spent about 3 months looking for the right vehicle and it was such a relief when we found Auto Park Ford. Everyone we worked with was great- I never felt pressured into making a decision and we got a fair price for a great car. The purchase was smooth and they answered every question, even when the process went past closing time. Tim and the rest of the staff do such a great job of treating us like family! Tim knew that we were looking for a perfect “beginner” car for our son, and he went above and beyond to find “the one”! I have recently bought two vehicles from this dealership. Both times my sales person was Jason Ellis. Jason was extremely helpful and not pushy. The dealership was very accommodating. Love getting my car serviced here! I especially like the fact that they don’t try to scare me into buying something that’s not needed. The previous dealership I dealt with tried to tell me my tires were bad until they realized they were still under warranty and I had purchased them there. Then amazingly they were fine. I love the fact that Park Auto in Laporte is very honest!

Emily and the team at Auto Park Ford have treated me and my truck great. I was kept in contact during the work. I was told.every step of the pick-up and delivery. Repairs went well. They were described. Expectations were defined on both sides. This was warranty work, which went better than I expected. Truck.was washed for its return. I look for two years for my truck I found it at auto park ford from the first phone call to last signature was the easiest I have ever worked with. Saved me over 8k compared to local and I drove over 8 hours to get it. But the next ford we buy will be from them regardless of the drive the experience we received from as worth every bit of it.
