It is so nice to know that there are still some honest hard working people out to make a good living and to help others. Marconi and his team are awesome! I love that I can trust him in doing what is right for my car and not do things that are not needed as I found with other places. I met Marconi a couple of years ago through a mutual friend and talked to him about my car and then drove out to his shop for him to look at all the things I was told I needed by another shop. Turns out I didn't need half of what they said. I was so pleased with the fact that he didn't take advantage of me because I'm a woman. And even though I live in Quincy, I will continue travel to Marconi's shop in Lincoln to service my vehicle. Well worth the peace of mind and feeling my car is safe on the roads and to drive! Marconi is a rare man with integrity and probably honest to a fault. His team of workers are all helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend Marconi's Automotive. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

This is my first time to use Marconi’s automotive service. What a quality service, professional team, and no price gauging experience. Extremely thorough workmanship. The team will tell you honestly what parts are needed to be replaced, keep you in the loop on the repair status. When you call in, they always make time and the work is done in a timely manner. This is now the second car that Marconi’s automotive has worked on for me with all repairs - routine and repair. I can’t recommend them enough. Quality service, professional team, and no price gauging like a lot of other places. Always extremely thorough and will tell you honestly what you need, what you can wait on, and when you call in, they always make time and the work is done in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. I drive from North Andover for service because of how great they are. Thank you Marconi and team!

Marconi does not stand by his word or his work. Example: He replaced a front axle on our car with a cheap Chinese part of inferior metal quality and we only discovered this about a year later when the metal began to change shape, bang, and therefore not perform properly. Being an expensive shop, we assumed only original quality Audi/VW parts would be used. The original axle had lasted 9 years. In another instance, when the car was in Marconi's shop for something else, Marconi went ahead and did an additional repair without clearing it and its cost with us ahead of time. After complaining about this, we were given a $100 credit for future work but when we later came to redeem the credit, Marconi did not honor it, giving us no reason why or any apology. Always taciturn and abrupt, Marconi does not understand the value of customer relations or customer loyalty.

I just had my 2019 Volvo S60’s transmission and AWD system serviced here for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone I interacted with (Erica and Frank) were super friendly and knowledgeable, and their work is top notch. My car drives like it’s brand new again!
