Very disappointed about my visit today, I bought regular gas, and I was charged for super ($1 more per gallon) so the system just stole me more than $10 today, I paid cash previous to fill up my tank, after I saw my ticket I went inside to report it, but the front desk person told me I selected the wrong grade, I am 100% sure I pushed regular button the light was on all the time, but well, never again at this gas station... and will tell my experience to everyone I know to let them know to be careful there.

Joe Elias is such an honest,compassion heart ❤️ for his customers. I will never forget first time I met him. I brought my Honda Civic from my sister. Got it all set needed work amazing price for work he did. Well worth it. Next time I brought it in it needed some work (I get paid biweekly weekly ) he came out told me the issue this time I didn't have extra money that week. Who does these days. I was sitting on the bench outside his garage. He came over to me told me I put my head down said God please help me with $ .Joe put his hand on my shoulder and said TAKE my word this car is safe to drive to work until next paycheck. The relief and his compassion for me was genuine ❤️ forward to now I have an amazing Kia Forte. Joe has been the one and only mechanic on this car. I encourage anyone near or far to check Framingha Automotive out. You will not be let down. His staff Dave, Ali, Tony ? Sorry if I got names wrong but everyone is pleasant. I encourage if anyone brings your car for evaluation at a car dealership BEFORE you agree go to Joe for second opinion. YOU will be AMAZED

Framingham Automotive was upfront and honest about the work needed to fix my old jeep. They took time to show me everything that needed to be done and explained what was essential to be fixed and what could wait to be done at a later time. Work was done in a reasonable time and they walked me through all the work they had done. So happy when I pulled out of the shop and my jeep ran amazingly well! Will definitely be back when ready for more work.

I highly recommend these guys. Took my jeep in for a thermometer replacement and had it back in a couple of hours. Couldn’t believe it. I found them professional, friendly and turns out they are related to another garage in Wayland that helped me out huge when I was heavily pregnant (kindness). I won’t go anywhere else now. Customer for life.

I moved to Massachusetts recently and took my car here for the inspection. With 120,000 miles on the car, it wasn’t totally surprising that something came up. They were able to work with my schedule and get it fixed that same day. I’ll go back again for my next inspection!

Dishonest scammers. Went for an inspection. Tires were too bald (valid they were years old). Guy tried to tell me I needed new control arm AND struts and wanted to charge me 2k to do it there right away. I replaced the tires and brought it to my regular mechanic to double check, and they were fine. Seems from other reviews I am not the only one they've tried this exact trick on. Go somewhere else for your inspection.

My son got his Toyota Corolla inspected here recently. They treated him so badly that I will never buy gas or get anything done on my car by this station again! I’ve been a customer for over 25 years, but no more. I will also stay away from their other two locations on route 20 in Wayland, MA.
