Wasn't for me. My brakes started smoking and seized up days after having them done elsewhere, I googled and read this was the place to bring my Subi. They looked it over told me nothing was wrong and my vehicle was safe to drive. My brakes locked up again with my child in the car and resulted in me having it towed elsewhere once again. Thankfully I only paid about $70 for their "expertise".

Oh and all wheels were over torqued and studs broken

I’m writing this to try to help other people when booking here. I called ahead to book an appointment for my brakes and specifically asked if they thought they could do it in one day (preferable to me) or if I would likely need to leave the car overnight. I was assured over the phone that they would be able to do the brake job same day if I brought it in on X day at X time. I showed up at the pre specified date and time, handed over my keys, and sat in the waiting room to read my book. After more than an hour of sitting in the waiting room they came up to me and said that they “hoped I wasn’t waiting for my car” because they had “other jobs to do” and wouldn’t be able to even look at my car that day. Even if this situation was an honest miscommunication, which hopefully it was, it didn’t seem like they made much effort to see if they could even take a look at the car since I was already there (it was only 10:15am at this point). Since I obviously hadn’t arranged other transportation plans, I ended up just leaving with my car and ultimately ended up wasting time I’d taken off work, which was frustrating. I obviously can’t comment on the work they do, which other people seem to like (hence why I called them!), but I can say that my experience with the communication and respect here was disappointing to me. I hope this review can help other people better prepare for an appointment here by knowing to double check any expectations about timing.
