Brian saved my bacon!!!!!
I was on a 400+ mile road trip; and I got a flat tire. At 4:30. On a Friday.

I stumbled on East Park Automotive because they happened to be the closest to where I was broken down... so I called.

Brian picked up the phone (he could SEE my car from the shop), and swooped in to rescue me with his jack and socket set. He then swapped out my damaged tire for my dounut, and made sure I had good air pressure in all my tires.

I am eternally grateful to Brian for his timely rescue, and great service!!! 10 out of 10, would reccomend!!!

My fiancé was in the area for work (10 hours away from home) and started having issues with his truck. East Park Auto was able to fit his truck into their schedule on very short notice. We are thankful for their availability and great customer service!

Took a truck there for repairs fixed one thing out of three very very poor service never would I take any vehicles there for work to be done so sad

We have used East Park auto for 18 years for all our car service and repair needs. Why, you might ask? Because we have found them to be honest and straight forward when dealing with the various issues we have had over the years. They have never suggested repairs that were unnecessary just to get money out of us, and have infact told us when certain service was not required or could be put off for a while. They have always made us feel like valued customers and have helped us save money where it counts. I highly recommend this company!

I was traveling from Buffalo to DC and had just had my brakes done the day before. My car started making a loud noise on the highway and I pulled off onto the exit for East Park Automotive. What a lucky break! Brian looked at it immediately and started to take it for a short drive, when he realized it wasn’t safe to take out on the road. He looked at it and, sure enough, the mechanic did not tighten the lug nuts properly from the day before. The front driver wheel was so loose, it could have easily flown off on the highway!. I am so grateful for Brian’s quick expertise and the fast and efficient service I received from everyone at East Park Automotive. I was back in the road within a half of an hour. Thanks again!

I am new to Emmitsburg so naturally I was worried about where to take my car for auto work. I found East Park Auto via reviews and took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation.

One of my tires was different due to a flat and the mechanic advised it was not ideal to rotate the tires because of it. I did not know this so that was good to know.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. Pulling our camper from VA we broke down at a nearby gas station. Got help to get us to East Park Automotive. They called around for parts and found some for the next day. They went well out of their way and hooked up our camper and let us stay there overnight. They gave us their personal cellphone numbers in case we had any issues over night. Honest, capable, and extremely nice people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need auto service, I would definitely go here!!!
