Brandi Rae’s School of Dance is the welcoming, fun, clean, and safe environment for any dancer at any level. The teachers are committed to and passionate about their work and aim to accommodate the needs and levels of all their students. I have nothing but positive words for the teachers and the studio as a whole.
I have had the opportunity to be taught by both Ms. Brandi and Ms. Allison and very much enjoyed getting to experience their different teaching styles. It is so much fun to see all the hard work that the students and teachers have put in during the year at the annual recital. Coming to Brandi’s as a beginner at 12 years old I was extremely nervous, to say the least. From taking a single 60 minute ballet class to being in 7 dances my senior year, I believe my 7 years (and counting) at this studio have shaped me a great deal into who I am today. I got to be president of the student run dance company, All About That Dance, for 3 years where I learned skills from teaching and creating choreography to basic finances. Not only did I learn dance techniques from a plethora of different dance styles, I also met some of my best friends. I learned so many life lessons and made so many memories that will last a life time. I cannot stress enough how influential this studio has been in my life – I even wrote my college essay about it! Even after graduating, Brandi Rae alumni like myself I keep coming back.
I strongly recommend this studio to anyone looking to begin or further continue their dance training. There are so many different options for styles, class times, and levels that there is something for everyone!

One of the items on my bucket list was to take an introduction to ballet class. Finding a serious school that would accept an adult, beginning student was a challenge. Most schools only catered to kids, or if they ran an adult program, it was more of an exercise class rather than a serious attempt at teaching ballet.

Brandi not only welcomed me into her class (after running it by her students and their parents), but went out of her way to adapt her teaching to my adult brain. The studio is clean, warm, and enthusiastic about teaching dance.

It's truly an asset to the Metrowest cultural scene.

You have to take a dance class with Brandi. Anything that much fun ought to be illegal. ? Adult Tap is the thing I look forward to every week. I'm a man, over 50. The class is perfect for the adult beginner. We dance a lot. Brandi explains and demonstrates, and you never feel you can't get it, even when you aren't getting it! She reviews, and she is patience personified. And warm and friendly. And fun. Why did I wait so long to try a fun new thing? Come join the class!
