Great sales and service here. Been taking my bikes for service for 10+ years and these folks never disappoint. Good work for good prices. Parts staff are helpful, sales are friendly. Overall I wish I could buy more motorcraft here!

I would highly recommend buying from Central Mass Powersports. I called a dealer in the town I live and asked if a specific machine/color was in stock and was told yes. On the date arranged for pickup(my daughters birthday) I found out they did not have the machine I wanted but had a Japanese alternative at a reduced price. I started calling local authorized dealers for the machine I wanted and ended up in a 4 hour radius of my home. I connected with Dave at Central Mass Powersports who made the same promises as the first dealer, but delivered! Dave not only knew what I was looking for, but understood how time sensitive pickup time was for a birthday party. Dave asked for some information over the phone and assured me the machine would be prepped. I started my 3.5 hour round trip drive and walked in to Dave and the exact machine I requested was ready to go. Not only was the machine ready but Jen had all the paperwork ready. Dave was knowledgeable and informative going over the machine before loading it in my truck. My experience was painless and I made it home before school ended! I was also the birthday hero thanks to Dave, Jen and Central Mass Powersports!

Just got my son a Honda CRF125 X from Central Mass PowerSports! The guys there are awesome! I was helped by a gentleman named Steve, he’s the best did everything he said he was going to do. I'm here at Crentral Mass powersports where I was tremendously disrespected. I was buying a motorcycle. But after receiving my money the so called "manager" started treating me badly. Most likely because I'm not American. He called me a thief because I asked him to leave the title blank in the buyer's section because my wife wasn't here to sign the title. She called me dishonest, she said she didn't need my business and that's why I'm leaving this review and warning: IF YOU'RE NOT AMERICAN, YOU WILL BE MISTREATED IN THIS STORE.
