Mark has taken care of my cars for just about as long as he's been in Taneytown. I needed someone to handle my oil changes when my dad no longer could do them for me and I've never regretted making him my go-to mechanic! He is fair, he listens, he speaks to me as an equal- not as if I couldn't possibly understand the mechanics of the car. If he tells me it needs done, I trust that it needs done because he is equally quick to tell me when something isn't a worry or can wait. I have even called him when shopping for a new car to get his opinion since he'll be the one working on it anyway! Though my daughter has moved out of state, she still maintains he is her mechanic, too. He has earned our trust and confidence over and over.
