Leading Edge Academy of Dance is a stunning facility with an incredible Director! Noline has created an empowering environment that dancers can focus on the art and technique of dance. Noline has years of experience and as her student, I continue to learn and improve through each class. My daughter joined Ms. Noline’s studio as soon as she opened last Spring. We have been impressed from day one! Her unending positive energy is such a breath of fresh air. This is a demanding, yet joyful and inspiring place to cultivate a love of dance. And Ms. Noline clearly makes connections and leaves a lasting impression wherever she goes. Community members, former colleagues, friends and students have all shown up to support her new studio. My daughter just completed the summer intensive and was introduced to some amazing guest faculty members. Creative choreography! Clear, detailed instructions for how to improve each movement! A beautiful end of session performance! This studio has a genuine focus on building up dancers one small moment at a time. Ms. Noline has created a supportive environment where dancers of all levels can learn and thrive!

LEAD's School Director/Founder, Noline Edmond has dedicated her work to develop and train young dancers to not only find the joy of dancing, but also help them to have the right mindset to pursue their dance journey. She has taught and helped so many dancers and many of them are now dancing professionally in great dance companies. Noline's knowledge of training, developing, and caring the students is what makes her such a wonderful director and teacher. Fredrick, Maryland is so lucky to have LEAD in the community!
