We worked with Tami and she is a delight. Both of us are beginners and even though we had no experience prior to our first session, we had so much fun. Bonus: we got a great workout in. We did a private lesson and she worked with us at our level and was so encouraging. Next on the agenda, conditioning classes. Highly recommend!

Took my first aerial intro classes in February and April now I take hoop and silks every week and they haven’t been able to get rid of me since. I’m about to buy their unlimited pass and take twice as many classes. So much fun, a great workout, and a great environment, I’ve taken multiple classes with different instructors and students and everyone is so encouraging. I’ve brought friends along and they loved taking the classes with me as well. Would highly recommend checking it out. ?

Tammy did an amazing job instructing our intro to aerial silks private party. Definitely make sure you have everyone create an account prior to starting class to make everything move smoothly.

This studio is such a gem in southern Maryland! The instructors are all super supportive and friendly. I can feel myself getting stronger and more confident after every class. I love how body positive everyone is too. This is a wonderful studio to try aerial, pole, yoga, or dance 🙂 can’t recommend enough!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vertical Dance Studio! The atmosphere is so welcoming. The instructors are kind and creative and sooo positive and the other students are just as supportive. Not to mention they put on an amazing show whether at OysterFest or First Friday in Leonardtown.

This is unlike anything we have down in St. Mary's County! It's so much fun and a great workout! Teachers are really kind and explain things thoroughly to make sure you understand before moving on to the next thing. I attend Aerial hammock, Yoga, Aerial yoga, Silks, Belly Dance, and Pole.

They rush their students and don't give proper/enough conditioning for beginners. The levels aren't very clear and there's no proper advancement process, and even the most advanced of classes are not for advanced students. The level of explanation for moves is lacking. They also didn't seem very welcoming to newer people

Classes here are professional and well-taught by a number of experienced teachers. This is a space where all bodies and individuals of differing skill levels are welcome without shame. I especially recommend the aerial silks classes! Love coming here.
