I'm so thankful for Chris. He was the most real and honest person and mechanic I've ever met. As an older woman who lives alone, post people take advantage of you. Chris not only told me what was wrong and how much it would cost before ever touching it. He went above and way beyond to take care of my vehicle problems, and he made it affordable to me.
The kindest man and best mechanic I've ever dealt with.
I recommend Chris to anybody anytime. Where your treated like a real human not just a profit. He has always been right on target when he told me what it was and showed me kindness and good favor.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! My daughter is a student at Murray State. When other mechanics were giving her the runaround and not helping, Chris jumped in and made time for her car repairs so she could come home for the holidays. Not only was he kind, honest and professional, but his work was quick and repaired an ongoing issue other mechanics couldn’t fix. He also uses an online system, providing detailed estimates and allows you to pay online. This was especially helpful for a parent out of state trying to help her daughter fix her car. We will only use After Hours Auto going forward!

I have a car that i need on the road to keep working, i travel a lot, i started having issues which where making my car overheat, i told my guy in the shop to please check the car and tell me what it needed done in order to keep me on the road. He keep the car till the morning told me it only had issues with the broken fans, didnt check anything else or at least left it running to see if the overheating continued. This guy charged me 500 bucks to change the broken fans on my radiator, he installed some new ones, or at least i hope so at this point, props for that, but later on realized that the fan was loose, couldnt even do a proper job on thightening the bolts to the radiator or putting some washers, i had to do it myself later on. I fr thought i found an honest mechanic for this events lol. Do not tell this guy you are not from the area or be honest about not knowing a lot about cars, you better be a regular client for him to actually care aout the job he does. The guys at the tire plaza where great tho, they took pictures of everything they found on the car, gave me a report on what needed to be fixed asap.
He aint a bad mechanic or a bad dude, he was really nice fr, but wow, 500 bucks is crazy considering the lack of interest on others peoples property, i just got played, i even asked for a number to call him if anything and he just ignored that and everything else i asked hahaha. At the end i ended up putting a 1000 for a diagnosis, but at least the guys at the tire plaza put new tires, oil change, top my fluids, gave me an overlook on the battery life, on the motors condition, took pictures of rotors, callipers, suspension, tire rods, etc and put a report for me to go back and adress the issues, aint that crazy, same price 500 dollars and what a difference on customer service and care for my property

Fantastic experience. Could not have gone better.

I sent a message on Facebook, it was answered that same day. I had an appointment booked in 2 days. I asked when, so I could take off work, Chris said "no need, I can come pick it up and drop it back off". That's customer service.

He gave me updates as he did a diagnostic. He found that it was a more simple fix than what we initially thought.... he did not price gouge or try to fix things that didn't need fixing. He did not charge me a silly hourly rate. It was about 1/3 of the price I thought I would pay, and what some places definitely would charge.

Very transparent, very accommodating, explained things well and delivered my truck working better than ever hours later. Highly recommend, and would, and will, use him again for any future repairs or maintenance!

After hours auto was amazing! They serviced both my cars and even came to my house to get them, because I was at work. 5 star company, 5 star service and they were a lot cheaper than other quotes I got! They also came out the same hour I called them! Would highly recommend using them for any auto repairs!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. If you are having car trouble stop searching google and use this man. My vehicle broke down on me on Tuesday night. I called and talked to Chris on Wednesday afternoon. He had me back in my vehicle Thursday afternoon. He is amazing. He kept me informed during the whole process. I am generally concerned/nervous when getting my vehicle fixed/worked on because I do not have enough vehicular knowledge. He explained everything and was so incredibly kind. He has a forever customer from me. 10/10 recommend!
