My daughter started at Brixham at the age of 4 and continued all the way through high school taking multiple dance classes. She graduated from high school last year and is now a musical theatre major and a dance minor which you have to audition for. Brixham gave her the tools she needed to succeed in dance and performance in general. Her college is thrilled to have her with as much experience that she obtained from Brixham. Not only is Brixham on a more professional level, but it is a very caring environment. A dance family. The dance instructors truly care about each and every one of their students. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of Brixham! I am SO happy that my daughter spent 15 years dancing there as it was a wonderful experience for her and prepared her for dancing as a college student.

My daughter has been dancing here for 14 years and it has been an amazing experience for her and myself. The owners are so nice and truly care for every student. We call Brixham our second family! All of the teachers are wonderful and my daughter has not only grown as a dancer, but as a good human being because of all the positivity, encouragement, and love she has received here over the years. I’m so glad she still has two years left to dance before she graduates.

Brixham Danceworks was instrumental in building my daughters confidence throughout the 6+ years she danced there. Over the years dancing every discipline that Brixham offered from ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Tap and hip-hop at the studio not only brought her joy but taught the invaluable lesson, that if you work at something and dedicate yourself to it you are going to undoubtedly improve time and time again. The teachers care immensely about their students both on the dance floor and off. What a wonderful group of instructors! Brixham became a second home for both our daughter and our family. I can not recommend Brixham enough 5+++ stars.

My daughter has been dancing at Brixham since before turning 3 (8 years). Her experiences have taught her technique and dance style but also built her confidence and made her part of a phenomenal dance family. Brixham is her home away from home making them part our family.

I have been dancing at Brixham since I was three years old. I love the teachers, the classes, and the amazing environment. I have learned so much here and made so many amazing friends over the twelve years that I have been dancing. From the classes, to the recital, to other shows and benefits, I have loved every minute of my experience here. The teachers here are so sweet and encouraging, and have always made me feel welcome.

I have two daughters that have danced at Brixham for years. We drive 30 min to get there multiple times a week and it's worth every drive. The dance teachers and other staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. The recitals are very professional and organized. As long as our girls continue to dance we will bring them here.

Brixham has absolutely stellar teaching techniques with the immeasurable gift that children feel under the wing of caring, supportive and encouraging teachers. The recitals are of such a professional quality, you might think you're on Broadway! Our family feels indebted--we couldn't ask for better memories that will last a lifetime as will all the character-building skills Brixham instills--confidence, comaraderie, self-discipline, teamwork and pride in their hard work. As wonderful as it is to learn the beauty of ballet, gaining life tools in a community that feels like family, is just as wonderful. Some may say, more so.
