Fantastic customer service! Needed a 24 volt/75 amp alternator for large diesel rig. Could not find anyone in state who had one available and no one was interested in finding solution. Ken's Auto Electric was going to be my last call after spending hours on phone and online looking for solution. Owner and son told me to drive on down and they would take care of issue on the spot. Incredibly fair and honest people who understand the importance of customer service. Thank you Ken's Auto Service for getting me back on road!

Referred to Ken's Auto Electric after another automotive repair shop spent two days attempting to fix alternator recharging issue. Dropped the car off at Ken's with no appointment scheduled, and before my ride arrived to pick me up, they had the car fixed. Very fast and thorough work, extremely fair price and the car works perfectly.

This is a family owned business and in addition to being automotive repair experts, they are very friendly. Great mechanics but even better people. Highly recommended.

They are family owned and still have those family values like prioritizing kids which I really respect. They are busy because they are honest. They were unable to fix my van because they didn't have the equipment for it and told me to bring to the dealership. They didn't charge me for checking the van. I would definitely go back!

Very honest and down to earth. Helpful and informative. All of the staff. Remarkably less priced than I planned for. As a young woman most mechanics treat you ignorantly or take advantage and the owner had a very down to earth honest character and took great care with my vehicle and preventative maintenance. So I take a starter in they look at it and tell me come back after lunch it'll be done.1 hour later they call and ask me to find them another starter like mine so the can harvest something out of it to fix mine.really u want me to find the exact starter I had drive it back to Franklin so you can use it to fix mine and still charge me almost $100$ well I won't do that not my part anyways it was a customer ( daughter) I hooked you into.they said ya thats what i need you to do.i just turned around and went and picked it up.they really thought this was ok,they checked starter B4 I left and ya we can fix it.so 3 months later I call and ask for a little of another starter,hell no ,they werent gonna knock anuthing off,after i lost a half days pay first tim e and again they thought it was cool fot yhrm to wsit tol om st eork snd ask me to go hunt for parts to fix my own starter ,take parts back to them,go back to my job then do that a third time that day,pay full price and thsnk thrm for blessing me with they're presence.w.t.f.- really morons? Stupid way to treat anyone, disrespectful and not too wise.you never know whow quick things can go sideways just for talking funny to a stranger.theyre math sucks too customer for life-$$$ or a enemy.

Car electrical issues jumped out at me and of course on a holiday, July 4. At 8am I called on the 5th and they had me bring it right in to fit me in. By 9:45 I was on my way home with a fully diagnosed and repaired vehicle and that includes time spent waiting on parts to be delivered. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Hopefully never another electrical problem but if I do I definitely will be a return customer.

I’ve used Ken’s Auto Electric in Franklin several times for my vehicles even though it is a 45 minute drive for me. They know what they’re doing and have always been fair and honest with me. There were a few times Ken could have charged more but because the fix was simple (for him) he charged little or nothing at all. When you find someone you can trust, you want to support them. I highly recommend this business, not only for their competence but also for their integrity.

In 2019, I had an electric issue with a 2006 Honda Accord. A rodent had chewed some wires and the transmission was not shifting properly. A new electric harness was over $700. Ken's spliced the areas the rodent(s) had chewed and my Accord is still running fine in 2023 (four years later). I would recommend.
