I had the pleasure to stay here twice, each time for a month, when Walter Nowik was still alive and active. It’s an enjoyable place with a lot of scenic nature. We, people of different origins, made music together, and became good friends.

Posting as someone who stayed at a cabin while visiting Acadia National Park. It was a horrible experience. The owner is incredibly rude and patronizing, and the cottage I stayed in was misrepresented online during the booking process. The water is undrinkable and there is very little comfort in the cabin. There is constant noise on the property and very little privacy. Unless you have a compelling reason to be at this particular place, I'd advise paying a little more to stay anywhere else!

It was with great pleasure to perform a concert at the Surry Arts at the Barn. It is an intimate hall, with a very nice piano. The acoustics really resonate well and the host loves music and an earnest enthusiast.

Great venue in small Maine community. I enjoyed a Beethoven concert by a local trio (piano, cello and violin) that was exceptional and we'll attended.
