After totaling my truck in October by deer hit (DESTROYED my truck that I loved), my husband and I went looking for a new vehicle, unsure what we were really looking for. Steve Tibbetts went out of his way to make it an easy transition, did his research and found every rebate he could to help us to transition into a beautiful new truck. Went to darlings to see what they had on the lot but wasn’t planning on getting anything. Steve came out and talked to us about a couple of cars I was interested in. Although twenty years ago I had a poor experience at the Darling's Ford and the Darling's used vehicle center in Bangor, Darling's has really done a 180 and is now phenomenal.

My experience at the Darling's in Ellsworth was generally excellent. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I got a fair deal on a certified vehicle, as well as a great deal on in-house financing.

Additionally, I rented a car here while my main vehicle was out of service and they even went out of their way to drive me to and from the rental center!
