This place is amazing! I’m not from Jena and had my tie rod end go out in my car and had to make a hour and a half drive back home. All the shops were closed and I’m pretty sure they weren’t even open but were willing to help me! They told me what was wrong, aired up my tires and checked my engine. If your looking for a shop with good people this is the place!

Very rude people! Never smiled. Had signs up that said you would get a discount if paying with cash. We payed cash and they said those signs did not pertain to us. We payed $570. Went to pick up car and battery was dead. It had a brand new battery fully charged. I told them then that it still had a short in it. He said it sat for a while. 5 to 6 days at most. They jumped it off we drove it 2 miles to a friend's house. When we left there it died 100 yards down the road. Would not start. We brought it back two coons where it sat for 2 weeks. We went to get car and he caught an attitude. They also said they did a few more things to it but they didn't. The most they did was change a fuse and a relay. Pitiful service. Rude from day 1. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The mechanics were good to talk to but it was a pain trying to get 2 tires; waited 3 days on 2 tires. Then, the balance machine is broke. Apparently, it’s broke a lot.
