Had to wait 2 hours lot of people other people got in and out before me but they did have to fix a tire which is fine five other people that were ahead of me got their vehicles washed I didn't that kind of bumped me...... I just bought the vehicle from them it was my first oil change from them but I didn't get my vehicle washed I was in a hurry I didn't have the time to ask why

Things went well for the most part until I agreed to have my air filter replaced on my F150 pickup. After about a half hour the the service associate came and apologized for the delay as they discovered they did not have one in stock. He never said anything until he had one delivered from NAPA. So all told I waited an extra 45 min to an hour for the air filter to be replaced. Had I known he didn't have one in stock I would have put it off, and not waited so long.

I called to make an appointment and Ciera was nothing but kind. She told me that there was an opening on the same day. When I walked into the service department main doors all other attendants didn’t even look up. However, Ciera was different. She greeted me immediately and took care of me like I had been a long time customer. (Have no prior dealings with Kunes). I will definitely be back!

Did a great job on the main problem but two of problems that have been reported as problems was not fixed. Twice the van has been in for repairs and twice the van has came back without the problems being repaired.

Julia went above and beyond on the truck I wanted. Was at another dealership. Worked hard to make it happen. Staff was great. Everyone helpful! I'd give them five stars ! Highly recommend them!
