I visited K&I Tires for tire replacement and was initially pleased with the prices but encountered issues with a tire sensor that stopped working shortly after leaving the shop. Despite being assured that the sensor would function after driving, it remained inactive, leading me to return for assistance. The shop acknowledged the sensor's presence but quoted $90 for replacement, claiming malfunctions can occur. I felt disrespected and dismissed when attempting to discuss the issue with management, I am deeply disappointed in the overall customer service and lack of empathy from the staff.

Had a Oil shop say they couldn't rotate my tires because it was "flat".

Took my vehicle here, they investigated and found no issues, even rotated my tires for free!

As long as I live in Leesville area, I will always take my vehicle here for now on. Thank you K & I !

Extremely nice and caring folks. I came in as a walk in after searching around for an appointment within the area. I got my tires mounted and and if they were able to do my alignment I'm sure they would. Don't waste your time with anyone else in town. Come here and they'll get you taken care of. Also their prices are the best in the area including on post. It's right outside the gate too.

Came here to get a tire changed. Didn’t feel like going to the Firestone on post because they’re notoriously bad. I was absolutely shocked by how fast K&I tire took care of me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Would’ve been waiting for hours if I had gone anywhere else. The prices were fair too. Definitely come here, do not waste your time with Firestone on post.

I went in today with engine overheating idle. The owner Mike stated there were only 2 mechanics working, but once I told him this was my only mode of transportation, and how I had no one to help me he asked for my key. A few minutes later he called me into the shop and showed me that a plastic housing had busted and antifreeze coolant was everywhere. Mike told me he would take care of it. I can’t tell you of how much of a blessing Mike and his staff were to me today in not only sparing my engine, but helping me with my anxiety., You have a customer for life. Compassion and looking out for another is everything.
