Bought a lot of trucks and had them serviced here for many years. From a business perspective, the reason I'm giving five stars, consistently good service. When you manage a fleet, you will have a revolving series of problems you need a dealer to check out. It's imperative you can count on consistent, timely work. They offer that service. Recommend.

Was going to take a week off and let them do a few things to my truck, had it booked three weeks in advance. Came back after they had it six days, the only thing that had touched it was someone hit it. Bent my bumper and turned my mirror. I can get service like that in any truck stop parking lot in the country. Maybe one day I'll find a shop that doesn't price gouge on parts or labor. Sure doesn't look good in the Dubois county area.

STAY AWAY FROM STERNBERG JASPER,IN!! I took a truck for AC problem diagnosis. They told me it was thermistors and they didn't have them in stock. We had the thermistars replaced at another truck repairshop, but the problem was still there. I went back to Sterberg 2nd failed to fix the problem and 3rd times gave me another diagnosis. They told me different problems each time and misdiagnize the problem yet still charged on all 3 occassions. The Service Manager( Scott) is very rude, condescending with no empathy to his customers. Stay away, this location is a huge rip-off. I'll never take any of our trucks there again for anything. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. AVOID STERNBERG!!
