The place might be cute to host an event but I would not book them and never recommend them. The manager is incredibly rude. If you’re looking for good service this is not place. I also heard some employees complaining about how the manager mistreats them.

just wanted to give feedback on my tour today, i love the place but my tour was very underwhelming. I wasn’t greeted at the door, That was awful, felt discriminated against ! Honestly I would have loved to book the venue but Im have doubts because of the experience I had today with the event coordinator. She wasn't very friendly at all,and wasn’t informative at all. My experience was rushed and of course those things makes all of the difference!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Everytime I come here, their dishes are never clean. The forks dirty, the plates dirty, the spoons and knives all dirty. THE CUPS DIRTY. Do these people not know how to clean the dishes? Don’t even get me started on the manager. The manager is always rude. They always rush you to leave even tho they agreed to let you stay longer. How are these people still in business?

I initially called and spoke with a woman (who didn't give her name) to ask her questions in which she cut me off before I could even finish. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I called back a few days later to schedule a tour to give it another try. During my previous call with the woman she says, " you would have to call to schedule an appointment Tuesday-Friday because we aren't up here twiddling our fingers waiting around for people to come to take a look." I was appalled. I have called this establishment at least 10 times and sent numerous emails with no response to make an appointment. Prior to me talking to the woman, I sent at least two emails and called at least three times before getting in touch with her. I don't feel I should have to hunt you down to give you my money. She is very unprofessional. I'll take my money somewhere else. If they are unorganized and unprofessional now, I can't take a chance with getting the same treatment on my wedding day. Beautiful venue but there are other venues in New Orleans and surrounding areas with professional staff.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. First I had a contract for 300 people when I got there the day of the event they had only enough chairs for 234 people I spoke to the owners they wanted to charge me a additional $200 for their mistake because they didn’t have enough employees even after we offered to help set up the additional chairs. Second in the contract I had the hall until 12am but when 10:30pm came they took it upon themselves to stop the band and told me that we had a hour and a half to take pictures because they wanted us to leave it was a wedding we didn’t even get to cut the cake. The plates were dirty they were very rude, worst customer service and I do not recommend for anyone
