The staff is very friendly, they were able to look at my car the same day I dropped it off, they send pictures to update you on any problems found on your vehicle , and offer online payment. I will definitely go back to them if I have car issues in the future.

Absolutely the greatest experience ever in my 50 years, with any service!! Amazing family feel and genuine concern for clients with desire to see them in return services… Was a huge unexpected blessing, when I just needed my tire looked at on my first experience with Dale’s. Very early, no appointment, and it was like they already knew me, n treated me like a personal friend; while never asking for a dime to look at my tires and then tightened the lug nuts that had come loose on one tire, that could’ve been a huge accident!! ? Keeping their community safe, when it’s extremely hard being a woman and knowing nothing about cars and being able to trust, that someone else truly cares, and not only cares; but will go out of their way to help u feel safe and respected, when times today can be so rough on any given day!!!! To be treated with meaning and respect was truly life giving and talk about paying it forward and being the solution u want to see!!! Inspired to continue loving everyday; and every experience, even the rough ones!!! N I will be coming back until the doors close or I do!!….lol… I wish every business was such a blessing as this one to its community…. I have to say I am totally pleased with Dale's they went above and beyond and even though I was probably being a little annoying they never let it show. I've had my 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 worked on here. I recently had my 2017 Dodge Challenger fixed here early March 2024.
This is a very professional place of business. The workers are so polite and assistance is quick. You get updated information texts and pictures of everything they're doing. It's the best mechanic shop I know. Never have any issues after they work on my vehicles. Dale's Quality Car Care is a honest shop. You won't regret choosing to bring your vehicle to them.
