Best studio in Leesville! My girls have been dancing here since the age of 3 and 5. Throughout there dance journey they have made some lifelong friendships, and have grown as dancers. You will not find a studio so focused on technique and precision like they are. Which is proven in the amazing shows and performances all year long.

We had the best first year of dance with Joan Kathey Dance Center! My oldest (6) did ballet and learned so much and had the sweetest teachers! My youngest (3) did tap and I was very impressed with how much a group of 3yr olds were able to accomplish! The recital was beyond what we could’ve imagined at the end of the year! This studio is very dedicated to its dancers! All the staff is so nice and helpful and it’s so structured! The best experience for first timers! We are signed up and ready for year two!!

Growing up you could find me at the studio 5 days a week some of my best memories and strongest friendships were built at jkdc now as a parent i appreciate the studio so much more it gives the youth something to do and some pursue dance far beyond Leesville I’m glad to have my child at the studio and definitely would recommend

My daughter had been going here for 5 years and i have not had one single problem with this studio. Ms brenda,Ms Ashton,Ms becky,Ms tae tae ,And ms zoe are all kind and amazing dance teachers to my daughter and because of them she has grown to be an amazing dancer

The place is very popular and expensive. seems like half of leesville's girls take dance, so the teeny tiny building, dance rooms and parking lot is very inconvenient. They make so much money but sometimes I wonder where that money goes because this place is in serious need of an upgrade. Also the floors are extremely dirty. But other than that, Mrs. Becky is an amazing teacher, and the kids put on very nice performances.
