Thankfully, I just had some regular maintenance, oil change and such, but my visit was great. I dropped in last minute while I was in town and they fit me into their busy schedule. The staff is friendly and professional and knowing I was going on a long trip, took a bit of extra time to do a thorough once over on my vehicle to check and make sure I would have a safe drive home. They are family owned, and you can tell they take pride in their business and care about those they serve. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thanks again for the great service!

Pretty straightforward, answers the phone, helpful and friendly. Had my truck towed in with driveshaft problem. Dropped off in afternoon, was fixed the next morning and they called me to let me know it was finished. And some thoughtful soul took my hitch off and put it and the pin in the truck bed so it wasn't easily seen for stealing overnight.

I will definitely do more business with them in the future. Cash or card only.

There was some sort of cover plate underneath my car that had broke and was hanging down, scraping along the ground. I saw it and could actually hear it scraping when I backed up. The technicians at Taylor's said they drove the car around and could not hear anything and did not see anything hanging underneath when they did my oil change. I actually had to show the shop manager what I was talking about and he was like duh, I don't know how we missed that. It makes me question whether or not they did the oil change correctly and even went under the car to change the filter like they were supposed to. They also told me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes even though they squeal very loudly. It is obvious I need new brake pads before I get any real rotor damage so I will have to go elsewhere. I suspect they are only humoring me because I am female and obviously don't know what I'm talking about. They don't know that my father was a mechanic and taught his daughters basic knowledge.

Told me O2 sensor code was gone.. soon as I got home put on scan tool.. same code.. spent some nice $$$ too still have same code. Plus another 2 codes I didn’t have before service I have now. Never call back with updates have to drive there just to get answers.
