Compré una unidad ac con ellos el Ac está bien pero me vendieron la parte de adentro mala costándome casi 400$ y ni si quiera la puedo cambiar o me pueden hacer un reembolso son unos ladrones no tiene ni 30 días de a verse comprado el técnico vino a querer instalar mi Ac y no pudo porque la parte que ellos me vendieron no era la correcta ni si quiera fue nuestra culpa es la gente que tienen trabajando ahí

Our RV toilet went on the fritz. Rv mobile techs charge up to $190 per hour plus parts. Thanks to Peanut and YouTube replacing it all would be cheaper with a little effort. I contacted Tim the parts manager at Bent’s RV to see if our model was in stock at 4:30pm. It wasn’t. Without me making an order he had it shipped and arrived by 11:00am the next day. Talk about service! Talk about really good service! They made an outstanding performance at a reasonable price. They went far beyond anything I could have imagined! Thanks Tim! 1 hour of turn around work time it was out with the old and in with the new!!!

Found Bent's on Google in a "1st time RV Lifestyler's" emergency leak search for sealant. Thanks to another post, I could see they have an awesome retail supply side and had exactly what I needed! I decided to look at the stock by a great knowledgeable guy and had exactly what I needed! Very neat & clean RV dealership. Parts dept had the exact toilet flush valve we needed, but at $70 for a part even Camping World sells for half that, and Amazon carries for $10. There’s no excuse for a += 400% markup guys,

The worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with!!! I took my 5th wheel in to have the roof repaired and awning fabric replaced. The service department told me it wasn’t approved by insurance to repair the awning fabric but they would replace it and I not charge me any labor. Sounded good until they told me it would be $3700 to replace the fabric. We finally got it figured out that they priced the wrong thing so my price was going to be about $350 plus my deductible which was absolutely fine. Come to find out it was approved by my insurance. The day I pick it up during the walk around I noticed that the roof has big lumps on the side and the ladder braces was broke on the back of the camper. It looks like the roof was overlayed instead of replaced . The service guy , I think his name is Ryan said that they probably did break the ladder but he didn’t know why it got overlooked. And that I had to file another claim with my insurance to get it fixed. Every answer he gave my to the questions I was asking made no sense. It was one lie after another. They charged my insurance company almost 20k now my new roof looks like it was repaired by a blind guy. They didn’t replace the arms in the awning like the paperwork said they did. I’m not sure what my next steps are in resolving the issues they created but I'm sure it won’t be easy. They had my camper for about 5 months. I had issues with my slides also and they did nothing to address them either. The guy had no explanation for anything other than an obvious attempt to play dumb. I’m not sure about the other departments but the service department at the Boutte location is absolutely terrible to say the least.

I purchased a used RV from these guys they sold it to me with the black water tank and gray water tank full. When I contacted them about it. I was assured I would be Contacted The next day, but never was I would never do business with this place again

Excellence!!! It needs to be said that the customer service at Bents RV in Boutte Louisiana, in conjunction with Fred Yoder customer service representative at Forest River, is outstanding! The service manager John Lopez, at Bents and all his staff have gone above, and beyond to provide me the finest quality of service. They also took the time to explain safety features and product operation. Not only did they explain, but they provided hands-on operation to make sure I understood what was being explained. Thank you all for keeping me informed and making sure I will have safe travels in my future. Myself being 2000 miles from home and needing help….you all have been fabulous!
