NE Louisiana is a bit of a RV repair desert. Keith’s RV is a very reliable oasis in that desert. I have said that Kieth could teach classes on RV repair. If you have an issue, Kieth makes it clear as to the problem, the solution and the process to the successful solution. I moved here in 2019 and have used Kieth since finding him. If you have Rv issues, you find him, you will have a dependable service experience!

I had Mr. Keith and his staff replace a floor in one of my slides on my 2020 Alpine 43' fifth wheel. It was there about a month this time. When they replaced the floor they did not use the same materials on the exterior that it originally came with from the factory and it does not match. He did not inform me of this until after it was complete. I get the unit home and the original issue that caused the damage was not fixed therefore I had to take it back to him a second time. I could not tell that it wasn't fixed until it rained. They had it approximately 3 weeks the second time and still did not get the issue fixed. He came to my house to finally get that fixed. While it was at his shop for the second attempt to fix the leaking slide, Mr. Keith told me that they "winterized" my RV which from what I can tell was not done properly with the RV antifreeze. None of the "P" traps under the sinks had anti freeze in them. It appears all they did was blew compressed air through part of the water lines. He did not charge me for this however they did not winterize the tankless hot water heater at all, not even drain it. It froze and busted internally. I did not notice this until I hooked water to it to prepare to take it out and it flooded my basement. The water heater cost me $1500 to replace (at another shop of course) and he has refused any assistance in paying this expense. I did not ask him to pay for all of it because he did not charge me to "improperly winterize" my unit. If they had the experience he claims then he would have looked for a drain or even called me to ask where one was.

The water heater my unit came with is a special order unit that has a recirculating pump in it that keeps hot water at each faucet at all times.

Very very professional and affordable. We lost a full tire and rim on our vintage trailer due to a tire shop in Mississippi over tightening the lugs. They did the repair and we were given the best advice on the remodel as well. Thank you

Anytime I need RV repair work done I go here. Keith is trustworthy and deals with the issues. He’s reasonable on what he charges and he has never found “extra” problems once we get there. I used another two times prior to going here based on the recommendation of my uncle. He’s very particular about his fifth wheel and he had been very pleased with the service here and knew that I wasn’t getting good service at the place we had been using. We won’t go anywhere else now. We’ve had our motorhome for seven years now and we can vouch for his reliability and service.

My husband forgot we weren't hooked up to the sewer when he turned on the water to keep our pipes from freezing. I woke to water backed up in the shower, a soaked carpet and floor, and non-working slides. Keith came out, we got the tanks drained, I called ServiceMaster who dried out the coach interior, then Keith made sure everything was working correctly. Very Helpful, but I could have done without the adventure.

On a long drive from Texas to Louisiana, our RV suffered a flat tire immediately before their exit in West Monroe. Seeing the sign for RV repair nearby, we drove up without even calling ahead. They skipped lunch to help us make emergency repairs to the wheel well and change the tire to get us back on the road safely and quickly. Such nice guys and went out of their way to make sure the temporary repairs could get us safely to our final destination. Highly recommended repair shop.
