My son and I were on our way to the camp and blew the bearing on the the utility trailer we were hauling. Just so happened it was right across from their shop. We made the U-Turn and drove into their parking lot. They were awesome from helping us with tools, to sizing bearings for us ,to changing parts with us. Their price was great. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

I set up an appointment to bring my boat in. The earliest they could set it was 3 weeks, which I understood. After bringing it in they did not look at the boat for several weeks and several phone calls. I pass by there to go to my camp often and could see boats going in and out that came in after my boat. It took over 2-1/2 months to get the boat back. He started and stopped work on the boat several times and it usually took a couple of calls and about a week before he would start work again. Then the same thing happened over and over. He blamed me if I couldn't give him an answer on the spot if he called and told me about a problem even if I called back a few hours later or the next day, then apparently go to the back of the line. The engine repairs seemed to be fine, but on the first trip out the boat was swamped and we (with a charter caption that came along with us) were in serious danger of sinking. After a close call with the charter captain taking over the boat and obviously very nervous and yelling to stay down while he tried to get it on plane we made it back in from about 80 miles out. It was a very scary experience and a very rough ride back in. Further inspection found old wire casings, wires, pumps that were replaced, debris that clogged up the drain lines, all items from their electrical work and replacement of a couple of pumps. The sump pump was clogged. They just threw everything in the boat and left parts that almost sunk the boat. Admittedly there was likely some dirt and other debris that was not their problem (or was it because of my instruction to above all make sure it was safe and they were working on replacing pumps in the wells), but their additions of the items listed in my opinion clogged the drains entirely, especially wires and wire casings. Regardless, they gave me the boat with clogged drains even when he was specifically working on replacing pumps and my main goal stated to him was to make sure we were safe to go out. We were offshore and parked and fighting a large fish and this is why it wasn't noticed earlier. In addition, they were also extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I was made to feel like a nuisance, not a customer.
