We have been part of the KinderCare family for over a decade, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Since enrolling at this specific location in September 2022, we’ve seen the same high standards of care, education, and genuine compassion that we’ve come to expect.

One of our children has already "graduated" from the program, and our youngest is still thriving here. The staff is incredibly involved and attentive, always working closely with us to ensure our son’s unique needs are met, especially during classroom transitions. They go above and beyond to create a supportive and enriching environment.

The curriculum is outstanding. Our son learns so much and genuinely enjoys his time here. The facility itself is always clean, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. What stands out most is how well they know not just our son, but our entire family. It’s clear they genuinely care, and that level of personal connection means the world to us.

Our son started at Kindercare in August 2023, and we've been consistently amazed ever since. Ms. Audrey and Ms. Mallory were incredibly helpful, offering valuable tips as first-time parents. It was truly heartwarming to see our son, who was under 10 months old at the time, getting excited to see his teachers. This reassured us that we had made the right decision with Kindercare. Every teacher has been exceptionally kind and caring as our son transitioned into new rooms. We must give a special mention to the director, Ms. Heather, who impresses us every time with their awareness of our child's whereabouts during pickup. To anyone seeking care for their baby, we highly recommend Kindercare!

KinderCare is a great place to send your kids. The center is clean, with recently replaced hallway floors, and they have an indoor gym/outdoor play set for the kiddos to play. The toddler teachers provide lots of updates throughout the day with descriptions/pictures. I love knowing my child is having fun doing art projects, dancing, reading books, & learning something new with the monthly curriculum they offer. Ms Audrey & Ms Michelle in the infant room take such great care of my baby. They ensure safe sleep, regularly change diapers and are interactive with him by doing sensory activities/tummy time. The director & assistant director, Ms Heather & Ms Judy, are always responsive to any of my questions/concerns and seem to make a connection with each child/family.

We have been at KinderCare for 9 months now. I love all the engaging activities they do to help make my two year so well rounded. All of the singing, music and art are so appreciated. I will never forget how welcoming and loving Ms. Audrey was when dropping off our son the first week. Our son loved being in Ms. Felicia's class. We would pick him up and HE would make sure put his toys away before he left. She worked with them on cleaning up. It was amazing. Ms. Nicole in the two year old has been awesome at keeping us informed about his day! We appreciate EVERYONE at Kindercare so much!

We love Kindercare Walton!! Our daughter loves going to daycare everyday, which makes it so much easier. Ms Heather and Ms Judy are both so engaged and always go the extra mile. We absolutely love KinderCare Richwood. Our daughter has been going there since she was 3months old and will be turning 2 next week! From the time she was in the infant room, to now, we have had only positive experiences.

The facility is clean, inviting, rarely to never smells, all the staff we have encountered are friendly and know my daughter by name! She has not once come home with diaper rash and is typically clean and well kempt at pick up. If her diaper is solid when I get there (which is rare) they never hesitate to offer to change her quickly. We always receive incident reports timely and have never had to question an unexplained scratch, red mark, bite mark etc. I have never questioned her safety or well-being while at the center.

I can see the effort they put into their curriculum; my daughter has learned so much! They do many different fun activities that the children love while also incorporate learning.

Aside from all that, what truly makes this center amazing is the staff!

The Director Ms. Heather is such a ray of sunshine, always greeting you with a smile! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the children in the center. She is constantly helping in the classrooms and interacting with the children. My daughter loves her dearly, she is always sure to find Ms. Heather before we leave for a hug goodby and even sometimes asks for her at home :)!

The assistant director Ms. Judy is equally as wonderful! She is kind and gentle and she too is often found helping in the classrooms and caring for the children. She has been with the center for a long time, and you can see the hard work and diligence she puts in to ensure they run as a well-oiled machine!

Ms. Felecia is my daughter's current teacher, and we just adore her, as does my daughter. Felecia has such a calm presence; you can't help but feel calm when around her even amongst the chaos of toddlers! She is great with the kids, showing patience and understanding. She is diligent in communication and sending updates and pictures throughout the day with detailed notes on what they are doing in the pictures! I just love receiving these! She often gives me feedback at pick up on how my daughter is doing or complementing a new learned skill. She pays attention to the small things, and this shows!

Ms. Audrey is fantastic! She was my daughter's teacher when she was in the one-year-old room however she's now in the infant room. She is approachable and makes you feel like you are a rock star parent! I can't tell you how many times I have shared my "mom fails" with her, she listens without judgement and helps me to laugh at myself!

Every teacher we have met have been outstanding. Shout out to Ms. Maddie, Ms. Haleigh, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Hayleigh. They may not be my daughter's direct teacher but have been involved with her in some way, either in the mornings in the gym, helping out during breaks or in the afternoons. All such lovely ladies with a passion for the work they do! (I apologize if I am missing anyone)

I wanted to leave this review in light of Teacher Appreciation Week! I hope all the teachers at the center know how much they are truly appreciated. Those we entrust our children with when we can't be there is such an important role and they become like family. The teachers at KinderCare Richwood hold true to this, we could not have asked for a better center for our daughter. Thank you all for all that you do!

My daughter started daycare at 2 years old and the directors and teachers have all done a fabulous job with her transition. She loves Miss Nicole and wants to play “teacher game” when she gets home. She pretends to be Miss Nicole and takes great care of her “class” of stuffed animals. We are so thankful for a great center and staff!
