I went to Pier 21 because I needed a new motor for my dad’s boat . And from the minute I walked in to the showroom everyone there was awesome and extremely accommodating to my needs and wants . They went above and beyond to get me the new motor, hydraulic steering and updated console I needed and wanted. Everything turned out great and the boat runs and looks like new again . The owners and staff are all top notch in my opinion!!

Pier 21 went above and beyond my expectations. Supieor customer service and very friendly. Hunter kept me informed throughout the whole time and was very helpful. They got me fixed and back on the water very quickly. Hunter even noticed some small repairs that were needed that I hadn't even noticed. Pier 21 also fixed some minor things on my boat without charge which was really awesome! Pier 21, Hunter and his team are top notch! I will tell you without doubt that if you need anything done to your boat or trailer, look no further than Pier 21! I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone I know with a boat.

I was referred to Pier 21 by another boat shop because the first shop did not have the proper tools to complete a repair. They figured out that the original diagnosis was not correct and were able to fix the actual problem very quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of them and would recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond to make sure they do things the right way and have fair prices. It's very rare to find a boat mechanic with this level of service and knowledge, but I am so glad I did.

Had my annual boat maintenance completed by Pier 21. The staff as well as Hunter are very helpful and professional. They inform you of the cost of each maintenance item before they do the work. They keep you updated on all of the work as it is performed. Their prices are honest and reasonable. I will definitely return for all of my boat service.

I cannot begin to say enough about their service. I called and Miss Shelby answered and got us in right away. Everyone was friendly and just wanted to be sure we were taken care of. We will be taking our boat to them for all of our servicing needs from now on.

I called Pier21 to try and get my engine in for repairs. Hunter was very thorough with his initial questions. I had even advised that I was hoping to get the boat in quickly as I had people coming into town to fish the next week. I was up front and advised that if I could get it in somewhere else more quickly I would be taking it there. He still asked a lot of questions and said he would try and get me in by Tuesday. The Friday prior to the Tuesday, he called and said he could get it in. I dropped it off Friday afternoon and by Friday evening Hunter called me with what was wrong. As it was 6pm, he informed me parts couldn't be ordered until Monday which is completely understandable. On Tuesday, I received an unexpected phone call that my boat motor was repaired and the cost was very close to the original estimated price. I picked up my boat that afternoon and was back on the water the next day. Great service, very informative, and very friendly staff. I hope I don't have to go back and visit any time soon, but I have found my new motor maintenance / repair shop.
