I was traveling to Louisville for work when my battery light came on to service my battery charging system. I’ll make a long story short, but this shop was able to get my car completed by next day. They had the understanding I was an out of towner, worked with me on payment arrangement and car pick up. Upfront and transparent with cost and didn’t try to up-charge other services. Though I hope to never need their services again if I’m near the area and do, this’ll be the place I’ll go.

My wife and I were traveling between MI and FL when we ran over some large debris on I-64. At the recommendation of the hotel staff where we were staying, we took our van to West Automotive the next morning to see if it was fixable and safe to drive. We showed up at 8am and Jake? immediately checked it out for us. Fortunately, he was able to address the problem in 15 minutes and got us back on the road. We were very impressed and extremely grateful for this level of service.

The guys here are friendly, competent, and fair! They have never overcharged, prices are the best around. They don't upsell or tell you to fix things that ain't broke. Apollo the great Dane is the best receptionist. Will always come to this local family business for my automotive needs.

These guys were so nice. We were on a road trip with 3 hours of a drive left when our check engine light came on and the car started shaking. We stopped here and they checked out the car right away. They let us know what was wrong and that we were safe to drive home. 5 stars !!

Best shop in town!! I have had my car at other places but this place is by far the best. Always accurate in their diagnostics and the repairs are quality. They fix it right the first time. They have come in at or below the estimate every time with the work done quickly. When I need them again I will be back.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with these guys. On one occasion I took my car there to have it checked out, because it was just acting weird. Apparently it was a tiny, easily solved issue. They didn’t even charge me. They said “bring it back to us when there is actually something wrong with it.“ When is the last time anyone ever heard that from a car shop? I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.
