I had issues with trailer airbag and mud flap bracket and when I called the shop, Hardy & Amrit the technicians were very helpful with good customer service. I pulled in and within an hour they had replaced both and I was back on the road as if I was taking a break. I'd definitely recommend the shop especially for the fair pricing. Thank you guys for your attention to detail.

Reason I gave BBN 5-Stars review. Upon arriving at receiver I a loud bang from truck. I had pull off and parked to assess bang on my truck and find my rear differential front blown out. I called other roadside assistance but wasn’t able to locate parts or parts shop closed on the weekend. BBN team is the shop I find to repair my truck. They will perform parts searches and find it for you to get your truck fixed. It is a challenge to find parts for my truck since it is newer model. BBN was able to locate my differential out states in Maryland. Amrit spent 2 days driving from Indiana to Maryland and back to get my diff. I am new O/O independent driver, therefore I don’t have a lot of fund set aside for this unexpected mechanical breakdown. BBN allowed me time to find funds to pay for repairs while they work on my truck. I was fortunate to have families who helped me out. After work completed I am satisfied with the repairs. Got somewhat slightly use 2023 differential installed in my 2021 truck. BBN offered roadside repairs within the state of Indiana. I will come back to BBN for maintenance, repairs and tuneup later. I posted BBN info if any truckers needing to find good dedicated mechanics. This is my first time bringing my truck to BBN and find they honest mechanics and know what they doing. Keep up the good work team. I don’t trust any mechanics work on truck unless I don’t have any other choice. Thank you Hardy and Amrit for their time and effort getting my truck back on the road.

I had my truck repaired at this shop for a bad clutch. The technicians Hardy and Amrit are friendly, welcoming and to the point. Hardy also gave me some advices on taking good care of the truck. I had no surprises and the price was good. I would recommend any trucker to come check in and get serviced here.

What an amazing shop! I was stuck at the shipper about a mile away with bad starter, Amrit did everything in his power to get me the starter and get me back on the road the same day. Truly grateful that people like him own small businesses. 5 STAR SHOP!

Freightliner Cascadia 2018 660K miles, had a bad coolant leak, I thought maybe it was a hose or something simple. I called Loves and then canceled when I saw a truck repair one mile away. (Save myself a $300.00 roadside call and a $1000 tow truck).
The Bbn Truck and Trailer Repair ordered/installed a new radiator in half a day and did an excellent job! I'll definitely use them again if I'm in the area and I highly recommend them! Total bill was $2559.08, The labor was $800 and $1759.08 for parts and antifreeze. If you pay credit or debit card there is a 3% fee, but no fee if you use an EFS code or Zelle.

Had a spring hanger break off on my travel trailer, was able to get a tow service to get me to the shop on a friday night at 7pm, took me right in and rewelded the bracket back on. It went 1,200 miles before breaking off completely in New Mexico, back to square one, found a repair shop that works on trailers. He had the part i needed and weld it back on. Price was 1/3 what i paid at bbn But, bbn was there and will to help at the time.
