Working with Josh in sales and Jake in the finance office was a great experience. They handled most of my deal over the phone as I am in Tennessee. They were flexible and worked with me on every aspect of the deal. This is my first new side-by-side purchase and it went about as smoothly as I could’ve imagined. Buying a new UTV is a whole other experience than a car or anything else but they were very flexible and made it a great experience. It was worth the drive to get this machine.

We went yesterday 10-4-24 to look at side by sides found one we loved it was late almost closing time and we had 4 of our boys with us Ryan was our sales person he was amazing answered all of your questions and even tho we were there till almost two hours after they closed we never once felt rushed the manager even played with our kids to help keep them busy! We got our side by side delivered today 10-5 and already having a blast 100% recommend going in to see them and ask for Ryan!

Shayna was absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning she was extremely personable and listened to not only what I wanted, but also what i needed with my new machine. She made the entire process extremely easy, and even welcomed our dog with opens arms when we arrived. Well worth the 4 hour drive to do business with her. Josh was quick to contact me when I entered the showroom and got the answers to my questions very quickly. He was responsive and wasn’t too pushy as a lot of salesman are. He did his best to work with me to build the vehicle I wanted and as quickly as possible work through the paperwork. Overall, it was a good experience working with YPK.

The whole process from start to finish was painless, even the 1.5 hour drive to the location! They mentioned their systems had been down that morning, but came back up just in time for when we got there so that was good news. They had all of our paperwork ready to go and we would've been in and out had we not had such great conversations with the sales team while there.

From our initial conversation with Shayna back in April of this year to now, she has been extremely accommodating and has quick responses while helping us search for the perfect SXS that our family needed. She was able to help us find something in their inventory that hadn't been posted on their site (so just call them and tell them what you're looking for— they probably have it even if it's not on the website!) We were back and forth on a couple of models and they were able to work on the pricing with us to get our payment to what we wanted.

The SXS itself was put together beautifully and cleaned up very nicely by their mechanic— they mentioned he had been there for many years so I trust his work! If we have to have any servicing on it, we will most likely make the trek back to YPK Paintsville KY to have him work on it.

All around just a great experience, we've already told our friends and family should they be in the market for an off-road vehicle to hit this place up and ASK FOR SHAYNA!!
