Had a B&W turnover hitch installed last week. They did a great job and had it done in a very impressive amount of time! I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them prices are very fair as well!

I can't say enough about how much Alexander's helped us. We had a company flatbed lose a wheel on the highway. The studs snapped. We limped it in to Alexander's and they had us rolling out the door like a NASCAR pit-stop. Great place and people.

Thus far, I have received good service at Alexanders and will continue to do business with them.
In August 2024, I needed some particular service done on my travel trailer before my next planned camping trip - Alexanders made time for me even though their service schedule was full. They did the work that I needed - having peace of mind while pulling one of these things hours away from home is so important, and they delivered big time! Thank you!

I only had my camper trailer for a couple of short weeks before my first Mechanical issue with a bent axle. I landed at Alexander on happenstance and I'm so happy I did. Excellent service, all very friendly, very helpful I wish they weren't seven hours away from my home so they could be my go to for all my service needs.

Ordered an A.R.E. cap for my Tacoma. They installed it today. Very knowledgeable staff that communicates. Professional installation. Very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend Alexander's for caps and RV repairs. Family owned business.

At the end of the season, my boat trailer locked up an axle and bearing assembly. They jumped right on it, fixed it in 1 weeks time. The problem I have is that after pulling my boat out of storage and actually using it this year, something failed on the side the repair was completed on. I'm not saying it's Alexander's bad repair, I don't know what failed. When I called them to explain, they said "sorry we're booked up, sorry for your failure". So if you use them, hopefully you don't expect any support after the fact cause I told them I would find another shop and all the lady said was, "sorry". Sorry doesn't help me fix my trailer, no offer to bend over backwards to ensure a happy customer. Live and learn I guess ,sucks cause I really appreciated their help the first time. I'll find someone else and not go back to Alexander's, thought they were better than this.
UPDATE: Alexanders called me 1st thing the next day after my posting. While I hate to be negative and post, they certainly demonstrated caring for their customers by reading and reacting. The fact that they called and made repair arrangements is enough for me to change my review. Again, no idea that the failure is from their repair, might be something new. All I wanted was someone to take a peak and let me know the damage, they're willing to do that, super appreciate their action. Regardless of how the repair goes, they lived up to their reputation and I'm grateful.

I've been taking my campers here for several years and I've always had good service. I've had very few issues, and they've always made it right. All you have to do is talk to them about it. They ask a lot of good questions up front so they don't waste your time or theirs.
I've owned 4 campers and have a lot of friends with campers. You should know going into owning one that they are not made to last. But if you take care of them, most will last a long time. So don't just take it to Alexander's when there's a problem or an emergency. Schedule to take it there every year to have the roof looked over and conditioned. Have them fix issues you can't or don't want to fix yourself. And have them do your regular maintenance while it's there. You'll prolong the life of the camper. And for crying out loud, cover the thing in the winter! It takes 2 people 5-10 minutes to put a cover on.

Had a tow hitch and wiring harness installed and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would for the price they quoted. Service was much faster than I expected. Great all around experience.
