The absolute BEST studio with an amazing instructor. Keisha, the owner, was a doll and a natural born teacher. Having no previous dance experience, Keisha made us all feel great and really walked us through the routines. Our group booked for a bachelorette party and couldn’t have had a better time! If you want to have FUN and feel SO confident, I highly recommend taking a class with Keisha at Pol’e.

If you are looking for a full body workout in a great environment with knowledgeable and talented instructors, this is the place for you! Sandy, Kay and Keisha are extremely professional and patiently explain different moves and techniques. All skill levels are welcome and they even have the option for you to come in and just practice on your own with their equipment. You will have an amazing experience at this facility and are almost guaranteed to walk away with a couple of new pole buddies! If you’re interested in pole fitness, check this place out!

Studio was a bit hard to find as there were no signs outside or in the shopping plaza indicating where the door was. Studio is in the back of an event space that seemed like it had a lot of potential.
The instructor was cool, definitely there to collect her monies and keep it moving. Overall the experience was 6/10
