We bought new born to 1year old packaging and Christmas packag it was perfect for us. She was sooo great with our baby boy so patient we never felt rushed she made sure we got the pictures we wanted and she snapped several other in between no one else will take our pictures long as starla is doing it

We love Starla and have used her for years in our family. As of recent, she has not had the best customer service. We were told AFTER my daughter pictures were done that she didn’t have a time frame of when we would have them back. It’s typically 5 weeks or so. There were some things apparently going on in her personal life and that’s okay. We should have been notified UP FRONT. Not after the pics were over and we had already paid. That was unprofessional. We were not communicated with during the waiting. No updates at all. We had to wait 11weeks for the pics. I understand things happen. I just wish we had better communication.
