When my 15-year-old BMW Z-4 was hit on the passenger side by the back wheel, I was devastated. I did not want to lose this car, which I drive every day. I took it to Randy’s Body Shop which my family has used before because I knew if anyone could put my car back on the road, it was them. And that’s exactly what took place. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Besides the quality repair, they contacted me along the way, explaining what was next and making sure I understood the process. Randy’s Body Shop is the BEST!! I had to wait a while to get my car in but that in itself speaks volumes about their shop!! My car was drivable but now looks amazing! They do excellent work and I don’t want anyone else doing body work on my car!! If you need body work done, Randy’s Body Shop is the one to choose!!!

I have been there a couple times, feels like they just give estimates not wanting my business. It's always pushed out so far, you can't wait. So, I really don't know how to rate them, but for me; they just don't wanna serve me I guess...

They probably do great work, but I wouldn’t know, they sold my car out from under me to cover the cost of the tow bill and storage. Problem is, they did it knowing I was getting the run around from the insurance company, and they sold it for twice as much as the bill i owed. They also sold it for scrap after I told them I didn’t want to lose out altogether on the $32,000 car! They weren’t worried about me, only themselves. When I ask them about it, they basically tell me “tough titties”, well, fine, but here’s your review then. BEWARE

Took my SUV in for front bumper and headlight repair. Did a wonderful job, looks brand new and corrected all my sensors! Went above and beyond on the repairs and had it done in a timely manner.
