This is a review a little late 8/17/2021.
We were a couple heading from Illinois back to Florida in a Red 1996 Ford F350 with a red trailer. We broke down but limped in to their shop with a fuel issue on both gas tanks.
What a great place to end up. They were friendly, professional and did everything they could to help us get on our way home.
We found out, there were multiple issues with our truck. That’s what happens when you have a 25 yr old Truck.
First issue was a corroded wire at a connection and the second was a wire going into the distributor.
So the solution was fix the connection and replace the distributor. This was not an easy find or fix. It took time to find multiple issues. Now the truck is running like new again.
The wife says sell it!!!

Paducah transmission is a rip off. I paid them $150 just to check my transmission fluid. They told me they checked it and it was dirty and it would be another 150 to fill it. I said I would have to bring it back. When I brought it back, they said it would be 300 to fill it. So I took it to a reputable auto repair shop and upon checking my transmission fluid they said that there is no way anyone took the bolt out to check it because it was rusted in. They saved it for me. So they lied and charged me $150 and did not touch my vehicle. Now I can prove that they are still from people. I am a veteran and a senior citizen and it’s very hard to understand why someone would do this.

We called Paducah Transmission after breaking down on the interstate on our way to Nashville. It was late on a Tuesday afternoon and we were stranded on the side of the road. They gave us the name of a tow company and said if we could get it to them, they would see what they could do… within 48 hours, they had us sorted out and back on the road again! INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. In addition to being capable and professional, the staff were infinitely kind. Our breakdown was totally due to a mistake on our part and they never made us feel stupid about it. Just cannot say enough good things about Paducah Transmission! FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. I would do 10 stars if that were an option!

Stopped by this shop in the midst of a tight travel agenda to have my transmission fluids checked and glad I did! The people at Paducah Transmission took me in with a tight work schedule to get me back on the road. They are kind, courteous, and professional! Great work! If I need more transmission work in the future, I'll likely bring my CJ back to you! THANK YOU!

I was having some issues with my jeep, and I always worry about the typical anti-women shops that you hear about. But fortunately they got me in quickly, were SUPER NICE and I didn’t end up spending an arm and a leg!!! 10/10 Great communication and service!

To many questions and problems to recommend their service.
Had my transmission rebuilt took about 2 months to be finished, they also installed a reprogramed junkyard computer ( with my consent) stated that the computer was causing my transmission problems. After a year, it started slipping while going around sharp curves. I took it by Paducah transmission, and they said it was a quart low, filled it, and charged for the fluid. Was told it happens with rebilt trans just to keep checking it. Turned out to be a leak in rear seal, a slow leak that never dripped just slowly spun out on the drive shaft. It was out of warranty by the time the leak was discovered when I changed the U joints and pulled the drive shaft. I only drive the truck about 5000 miles a year. Little over 2 years later, the trans completely failed beyond feasible repair. Cost less to install new trans than what i had paid for rebuild. Had a new trans installed at different shops. There is no proof and no way to prove it. The other shop had concerns that the trans they removed was not the original ( as it should have been). It appeared to be a junkyard trans that had been painted and installed.
As stated in their response, they also installed brake pads for me while they had it they worked properly.
It was rebuilt by your facility, and no option to install a reman was suggested. I did have a one year warranty and, as stated, didn't start slipping until the warranty was up. The u joint started squeaking this past winter and did not cause any damage to the trans. After your shop put a quart of trans fluid in, I began checking levels and topping up as needed. There was no neglect on my part, and the trans failed. Was it rebuilt improperly? Was it replaced with a junkyard part, or was it a faulty component, I can't say. As stated, to many questions to recommend this shop. Besides, you say you have no record of rebuilding my trans so I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
