We just picked up our new half ton cougar. Juan was amazing as he walked us through the entire rig and answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend Rileys. The whole team all did a fantastic job at securing us to get our new rig. Thank you all so much!

During our last camping trip, when it came time to open up the bedroom slide out of our 24 rds fifth wheel, it would not open. I called the service department tried several of their suggestions but nothing worked. We continue with our trip and on the way home I called them up and they said bring it on by and drop it off. They would work it in. I told them I had another trip planned in a month. They called me back a couple of weeks later and said the parts were shipped and they waiting for them. They called me a week later and had the camper ready. They replaced the whole schwintek slide system at no charge since it was still under warranty. Their service department is top notch

My wife and I purchased a Shasta pull behind in September from Rileys Campers. I like to wait before I give a review until. I get a true picture of the business Well it is odd anymore for you get what most businesses state? But Rileys is the real deal. From the sale to service after the sale. Like most new large purchases like a house, vehicle and in this case a RV. There always is a little something that needs a little attention. My case was no exception. But made it tolerable was the customer service from the service writer Abby, Daniel the service manager and the technician Jason all offer the highest level of service and customer service!! Which makes me a "Happy Camper" pun intended!

Today we picked up our camper from Rileys service center because we have a few weeks before the parts come in. They were very busy, I was a little frustrated because we have had a time adjusting to the hitch and sway bars that were installed when we bought the camper. We bought the camper from Rileys in the middle of covid, so we were not directly shown how to use them properly. I know I seemed super frustrated towards some of the staff because we were having these troubles. However Daniel took the time to show my husband how to correctly use these bars when hooking up to our camper. Super thankful for the help they gave us today. Would definitely recommend.

We left Illinois to leisurely head to Florida and join our Children and Grandchildren!
We purchased a new 2017 RV and had not used it much so this was our first real trial run!
First night out and the peddle on toilet fell off!
And hot water heater not producing any hot water. So this am I called and got referred to RILEYs Automotive/RV in Mayfield, KY.
Not knowing anything about us they “Kim”
Said bring it in and we’ll see what we can do?!!
We did and they were so professional and caring! Fixed our toilet in 20 mins and adjusted our hot water heater!!
No charge as KIM took the time to research our rig and found it covered under warranty!
So off we go! Feeling so good about the fine people at Riley’s!!!

Great service, they filled our propane tanks right after the tornado, when we had no power, for free. Such a nice gesture to do they for folks during that time.
