We just paid $150,000 for one of their "luxury" fifth wheels, the Redwood 4200FL, and 4 of the 6 slides were unusable because they didn't install them at the factory with the proper parts!! We have been waiting for a month to get our home back (we are full timers) and Crossroads still hasn't sent all the parts they forgot to install to our dealer!! And the contact I have at Crossroads has left emails unanswered and shown zero remorse for their mistake, much less tried to get this issue resolved quickly so we have a home again.

With all the 1 star reviews I doubt crossroads will care about this one but here it goes. We called because we wanted to replace a few interior doors that after a few years the paper cover had started to peel off of. Simple right Well when my husband called he was put on hold, it kept saying there were zero calls ahead of him for FORTY MINUTES! But per their recording they were sorry for the high call volume, ummmm, you have zero phone calls according to you, and thats high call volume? Hate to see how these people handle rush hour! He finally hangs up, called back, explains, then gets put back in the queue, and now there are 27 calls ahead of him. So we keep waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... you see where this is going.... guess I'll never get my new doors. Oh well.... so much for dreams. We have left a message for a return call. But I doubt it's a good idea to hold my breath.

Absolute 100% piece of junk. Owned trailer for 5 years now. Winterized and took care of properly. Did notice a damp smell the year after buying it. Upon opening it this year, opened the slide out and walked near the table and fell threw the floor upon further inspection notice the floor is completely rotten from the slide out to the back wall under the bunks. To make matters worse the back wall is rotten as well. This trailer has been a nightmare and after looking and reading on forums I am not the only one this has happened to and had similar problems....... Don't waste you time with any of these rv from cross road

I purchased a brand new Crossroad Zinger 298BH Sept 2022 from Wildcat in Corbin Ky, and have nothing but problems from day one. Now I have a taillight out, TVs and fireplace stopped working while finally traveling after having problems with the Jacks. This Rv was built cheap and sold high. This ain’t right!

We purchase a 2022 Crossroads Volante 310 from Camping World in Strafford, Mo. the 5th wheel at night, when we looked at it, was exactly what we wanted in a floor plan. After the purchase is when we realized how subpar the craftsmanship was on this.. it is very obvious they have no quality control element to their manufacturing.. after pointing things out to Camping world, they said it would be factory warranty, crickets… if I could take this back and get a better quality brand, I would. I will never purchase a Crossroads again!! See pics, there more I could not add!

We bought a new 2018 zinger by crossroads camper not happy, it did not come with a spare tire so now I have to buy a brand-new spare tire to go with my brand-new camper that didn't come with the drain hose for the sewage. And apparently at the dealership they took the remote to the radio. Just not happy with it. If it came with everything the spare tire for the plumbing the price would've been a fair price. Sincerely yours not too happy in Missouri. P.S and the kitchen table is supposed to be made into the bed and it would not

I love the layout of my unit, it is a 2015 Rushmore Washington. This is a fantastic plan to stay in... But I do not like cross roads. . the quality of their product just is not there.. My wife and I bought this Rushmore from them and it has just about fallen apart in the nine months we have owned it. Slide problems everywhere, air conditioning problems, and just today the Black tank almost fell off of the unit. The dealers they have to sell and service, they are a joke. No matter if you take it to a small dealer or a big dealer such as camping world. There are more redwood labels on my unit than Rushmore labels. I feel sorry for the people that paid an extra 20k for all the problems I am dealing with. Kinda feels like a lemon to me.. Every time I may start to like it a little it throws me a large problem

The entire RV manufacturing industry is a slap-it-together as cheaply as possible industry. I've learned that unless you can afford an Airstream (and I can't), there is absolutely zero difference between any of the Indiana RV manufacturers. None. Nada. Zilch. You will find horror stories for absolutely every one of these companies. What it comes down to is simple luck and what kind of day the employees were having the day yours was built. The best advice I can give is to make sure you get that new trailer out immediately on the road and put it to use right away to run it through its paces. Why? Because you're going to have problems and failures. Some big. Some small. But don't wait a minute past the warranty date to ferret them all out. Because another trait of this industry is to collectively give you the middle finger the day your warranty period has expired. Oh. And be prepared to get as firm and demanding as is needed with your dealer as well. Yeah, its all nice-nice and smiles while your buying. But make no mistake. Dealers put their own relationships with the manufacturers ahead of customer satisfaction and will be prepared to act as a blocker for them as well. Good luck.
