Boat was brought to the location last October and never repaired. It was stored outside in unfavorable conditions resulting in the engine cover being stolen. Ben never returned calls, text messages or reimbursed for the cover. An insurance claim needed to be filed and I had to pay the deductible out of pocket for their negligence. Please do not give this place your business!

The owner of this place is the worst. He called yelling screaming and cussing at the customer over the phone. They had the boat for 2 1/2 months and it still was not fixed right. During this time the hood cover to the boat was stolen, and they tried to tell him that he had to replace it himself they were not responsible. Then they tried to say that they could not get one it was on back order. So called a different marina and found out that he could get the boat motor cover the next day. So they were not telling the truth about that either. They still owe stickers for boat motor. They are trying to say the stickers are on back order too, but which we called a different marina and found out they’re not. So the company is lying about that too.
